Very nice fit, not too short and great for tennis, yoga or bike ride also for any Physical Therapy since I had a knee replacement,My daughter wanted these shorts to where when coaching tennis lessons. She loves green and that's what attracted her to these shorts. They have a very high waistband and she said she actually likes that. She loves the tight shorts underneath the shorts. My daughter wears a small and the small size fits perfectly. She has worn them playing tennis and also wears them around the house. She said they are really good quality shorts and great for working out in. Fit is perfect and so comfortable. Only negative is the pocket in the back is small and will not hold a phone, but the shorts themselves are fantastic! Fabric is so comfortable and stay cool even on very hot/humid days.They are breathable, but they do slowly rise as I run. I have to occasionally pull them down.Shorts are very comfortable. I like the high waist and the coverage on the bottom. Size Medium was perfectI’m 5’8, 150 and ordered the large. They fit perfectly. I’m normally 6/8. These wash well. I run 20 miles per week and these are my go-to shorts. The inner bike shorts move up a little, while the outer layer stays in place. I like the pocket on the back waistband.
