These shoes work well for Tae Kwon do. I ordered a size 4 for my 7 year old daughter and they fit perfectly with a little extra space.These are short and have a very narrow toe box. I normally wear a 7.5 and I wish I'd gotten an 8.5. They seem like nice shoes but my toe is pressed painfully against the front of the shoe and I can't wear it like that.Great pair of Tai Chi shoes. They are good quality and well made. They are also very comfortable and lightweight. I like the side lacing design, it’s a really nice touch because it causes the shoe to wrap around your foot and fit snuggly. They also come with a nice nylon drawstring bag if you want to carry them. I’m a beginner at Tai Chi and I think these help me feel a bit lighter while performing my Tai Chi moves or at least that’s what I’m telling myself. Order your regular size. Would definitely recommend.Lightweight and comfortable. And they come in a unique box with a drawstring bag to transport them in if you so desire to do so.
