I got this balance ball to help further my recovery from a torn MCL and calf muscle. I'm impressed with the quality and durability. I had no issue inflating the ball with the pump that came with the balance ball. You have to make sure that the white tip is well inside the air hole. It took me about 5 minutes to air up the ball. After a few days I realized it had too much air, so I let out some air. This Balance ball is great for low impact exercise. I have fibromyalgia and I can use the balance ball to help keep my knees and ankles loose just by stepping on and off of the ball. This is a great buy and I'd highly recommend this product. I also use the balance ball for planks and keeping my core up. This is a very versatile product that is worth every penny.
